MPO MTP Patchcord Description:
The MPO fiber optic patch cord normally uses in the data center for the high-density data center built. It has many types of MPO patch cords, such as MPO-MPO, MPO-LC 0.9mm fanout patch cord, MPO-FC, SC, LC, ST 2.0mm/ 3.0mm breakout patch cord.
All types of MPO has a different application, for example, The MPO-MPO patch cord is used for connecting this patch panel to another patch panel. So the length can be customized according to the distance of the patch panels.
The MPO-LC 0.9mm patch cord is used in the MPO cassette module of the patch panel. The regular length is 0.5 meters, and for some small cassettes, the length should be 0.3 meters.
The MPO-LC, SC, FC, ST 2.0mm/3.0mm breakout patch cord is used for connecting the connectors on the front panel of the patch panel. If the connectors on the front patch panel are LC adaptors, then you need the LC patch cords to connect it, so that it can be connected and to transmit the data to another side.
